ABOUT ME
Having congenial personality makes people around me feel very comfortable. They don’t mind me taking their pictures even though they have just met me. At first, photography was just my hobby. However, after graduating college majoring in public relations my hobby soon became the center of my universe. Because of it I have decided to leave Europe and move to USA to pursue my dream by enrolling and successfully graduating from the New York Institute of Photography. Living currently in Orange County, California gaining more and more experience furthering my education and skills by working on different projects is giving me strong satisfaction. California living has its advantages; beautiful flora, ocean within my reach, great weather and whole spectrum of faces and characters. To me, photography is a mysterious adventure that desires the ability to see and capture the meaning of things or the soul of a person. Black Card Events produced fabulous celebrity and media oriented events in the fashion and entertainment industry through 2008. Michaela was among the few photographers allowed to cover our events to build her portfolio. Michaela covered two of our productions including re(Define) (Real)ity™ Fashion and Music Show featuring Whitney Thompson (America’s Next Top Model, Season 9 Winner) and One Vote Count’s Rock The Vote hosted by Brooke Burke (Dancing With The Stars). Michaeala’s photos were beautiful; they covered every important aspect of our events and told the story very well. I understand that Michaela covered our events while attending New York Institute of Photography and Saddleback Valley Adult Education – Photography focus.
